"Problems with Level Building"

THE PROBLEM
After building our project for our Weekly Milestone last week, I found a rather nasty surprise. The top half of the level, including the new "forcefield walls" I created to block the entrance and exit while in combat, were all out of place. I went back to the Editor and saw that nothing was broken in there, so it was weird that it was doing that at all. I fumbled around the settings, turning settings and variables off and on, trying to find a concrete cause but with no luck.
THE SOLUTION
The solution I stumbled upon when experimenting was simply un-grouping the objects in the Level. Before, I had objects attached to key foundational objects that they were tied to, like the Forcefield Walls to the main Cathedral room. However, once I un-grouped the objects and re-built the game build, everything was in its correct place. In its place, I created sub-folders in the Outliner so I could still keep the general grouping goal. I am unsure as to what the true symptom was as other levels I made had things grouped together but did not break like this did. But, if I am ever unable to find the concrete cause and solution, I at least have one trick up my sleeve to get it working.
